Unhappy with your purchase?

- Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund/exchange.
- Please check your items on delivery and inform us within 24 hours via email/Whatsapp with a picture of the damaged item(s) if you have received anything broken. If more than 24 hours have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund/exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (including box, any cellophane wrapping and safety seals).
- If you would like to return your order, please contact us via email and we can arrange for our couriers to collect on a day that's suitable for you. The cost of the initial shipping as well as the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the reason for the return is a result of our error. These deductions will occur regardless of whether you received "free shipping" on your order or not. Please ensure that the package is suitably wrapped and protected for its return transit.
- Should you wish to return the item using your own courier service, please contact us via email so we can supply you with our delivery address. This will be done at your own expense. Also, we urge you to use a trackable service as we cannot be held liable for packages that go missing. The cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the reason for the refund is a result of our error.
- Sale items and used or opened items will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
