- Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- When ordering makeup, please check your items on delivery and inform us within 24 hours via email/whatsapp if you have received a broken eye shadow/powder compact. If more than 24 hours have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund/exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (including box, any cellophane wrapping and safety seals).
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the reason for the return was a result of our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will endeavor to have it shipped as soon as possible.
- If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be held liable should your return package get lost in transit
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping, or refund your original shipping charges, unless the return was a result of our error.
